• Account & Billing Data: Name, email address, company name, and billing details. Payment processing is handled entirely by a PCI-compliant processing partner (Stripe). The platform does not store full credit card numbers.
• Usage Data: The platform automatically logs interactions, including IP addresses, browser types, search queries, and specific lead unlocks.

2. How We Use Your Information

The use of your personal data is strictly limited to the following operational purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and securely authenticate your access to the Service.
• To process transactions, manage credit purchases, and send related billing notices.
• To improve our opportunity scoring and platform features (your individual usage data is anonymized).
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security breaches, or technical issues.

3. Business Data We Analyze

PROSPECTORI analyzes publicly available business websites to generate Opportunity Scores. This includes publicly visible information such as page performance metrics, mobile responsiveness, SEO signals, and publicly listed contact information.

Important distinction: The platform does not access private networks, bypass firewalls, or process consumer (B2C) personal data. Our analysis is limited to the same publicly available information accessible to any website visitor, and we respect standard robots.txt directives.

4. Data Sharing & Subprocessors

The platform does not — and will never — sell your personal information to data brokers. Data is shared only with strictly vetted third-party subprocessors essential to operating the platform:

• Cloud Infrastructure: Hosted securely on industry-standard cloud platforms with SOC 2 compliance.
• Payment Processing: Stripe Inc. (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified).
• AI Processing: Third-party AI providers operating under strict zero-data-retention agreements. Your data is not used to train any external models.

PROSPECTORI employs industry-standard security measures, including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and tenant-level data isolation. The platform retains your personal data only for as long as your account is active or as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
