Overview

Prospectori provides high-intent technical signal extraction and e-commerce B2B data enrichment. Because our system allocates live processing resources, server engines, and data pipelines immediately upon credit consumption, all sales are subject to the parameters outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

To maintain system integrity and prevent data scraping abuse, refunds are strictly conditional:

  • Subscribers are eligible for a full refund within fourteen (14) days of their original purchase window, provided that ZERO (0) database credits have been consumed or unlocked.
  • If any lead entries have been unlocked, or if data signals have been actively exported via the Leads Explorer, the subscription is entirely non-refundable.

Credits are consumed the moment a lead entry is unlocked. Because this action triggers real-time data pipeline processing and server resource allocation, consumed credits are irreversible and cannot be refunded.

Cancellation Process

Users can cancel their active subscription tier at any time directly through their Account Settings dashboard.

  • Upon cancellation, the current billing cycle will remain active until its scheduled termination date.
  • No further recurring charges will be initiated after the cancellation is confirmed.
  • Any remaining credits in your account will remain accessible until the end of the current billing period.

Our support team will acknowledge your inquiry within two (2) business days and aims to resolve all refund evaluations within seven (7) business days of receipt. Please include your account email, the transaction ID, and a description of the issue in your inquiry.
